Also apparently you need to get the outdated 1.6 version and then manually update it to 1.6.1 but I could never get this to work. I tried and tried to get Project64 to work in Hyperspin, but I ran into a ton of issues. N64 Difficulty: 5/5 I think N64 was probably the hardest to set up. After that I just needed to match my roms, videos and wheel images to the xml and I was good to go. I decided to just use a different emulator and decided on SNES9x which worked beautifully. For some reason I couldn't get ZNES to launch games through Hyperlaunch. SNES Difficulty: 2/5 SNES set up sucked at first. For instance my Wizards and Warriors 2 rom was named "Ironsword - Wizards and Warriors 2" and the xml file had it listed as "Wizards and Warriors 2 -Ironsword" so I had to rename the rom. NES Difficulty: 1/5 The only issue I had setting up NES were some rom name mismatches with the xml file. The only time consuming thing here (as with every system) was renaming my roms, videos and wheel images to match the xml file. I used Fusion as the emulator and it was a piece of cake to set that up in HyperlaunchHQ. Genesis Difficulty: 1/5 Genesis was super easy to setup. "After Startup, Open Last game" option must be enabled, otherwise you will only get the BIOS screen. After you do that, exit the emu and select a game in HS and it should work. On first launch, FourDO will ask you to point it to the fz10.rom. Three more critical things of note: -If your bios file is called fz10_rom.bin, rename it to fz10.rom, it should be placed in the same dir as the emu exe. Time consuming stuff but finally got them all named properly and 4DO launched them perfectly.

Then I had to edit the cue files of each of these so that they pointed to the proper iso name instead of "track1.iso".

Thing that sucked about that was that there were some that had iso files in there that were named "track1.iso" and I was forced to rename those to the proper title (listed in the xml file).

Once I got ahold of that, I needed to unzip all of them into a isos folder for 3DO. I ended up finding out there is a set called TOSEC and that's what you need for proper 3DO Hyperspin setup. This meant I needed to track down the isos of the 3DO games that I had that were bin/cue. I ended up using the 4DO emulator, but the problem was that it didn't load bin/cue only iso/cue. Once I got the proper roms I was pretty much good to go.ģDO Difficulty: 3/5 The 3DO was a tricky one to setup. I decided to go with the 158 set of roms and made sure they were the "nointro" set. This is the case for NES, SNES and Genesis too. Not only that, but the roms need to be a specific set of roms called "nointro" so that they will match the xml file from Hyperlist. I first found out that my MAME rom sets have a version number that they match so I needed to find a new set of roms. MAME Difficulty: 3/5 Ah MAME, the wheel that I built first.
